Multiple District 35, Lions of Florida and Bahamas Constitution & By-Laws are effective as was duly voted on and adopted by a two thirds majority vote of its membership at the 86th Annual Multiple District 35, Lions of Florida and Bahamas Convention properly noticed and held, and at which a quorum was present on May 1, 2010.
